Those people that know me will tell you I have lost loads of weights in the past couple of months.
I have done this by doing lots of walking. This is the only real change I have made and it has been such a big difference.
So I was wondering what small chance other people have made in the life that has made a major difference?
Shite loads of DIY, lost about half a stone and stuck on a load of muscle....all while still eating cakes and biscuits. Having spent several grand on the work, it would probably be cheaper to join a gym :haha:
I never really needed to lose weight, I just wanted to be more muscular.
So I asked my parents if I could have their rusty old weights.
Its amazing how hungry you get just by doing a little mirror posing and pumping after brushing your teeth every night. :P
I thinks it something to do with exercise increasing your metabolism, but exercise every day keeping its constantly as that higher rate.
Sort of on a tangent, but I have stretch marks on my legs that I have no idea where they came from. lol.
