I used to have the smelliest feet in the world, ever.
It got so bad that I didn’t want to go out or anything. In meetings (no matter how big the board room) it only took a few minutes for the odour to permeate throughout the room.
It was so embarrassing I just wanted to curl up and die really.
Thing is, I would wash my feet at every opportunity, sometimes 4/5 times a day. Tried all kinds of concoctions to rub on my feet, all to no avail.
Then one day I was reading one of Katie’s women’s mags (purely for research you understand)
To cut a long story short, here’s what cured me
Throw away all socks and shoes (apparently it’s a fungal thing that wont wash out)
Wash feet
Treat with Witch Hazel (rub on feet, don’t drink)
Lastly use a medicated talk
Took only three days of this treatment and the problem was gone. :bounce:
So why would I now admit to once having had such an embarrassing malady? Because I know how awful it can be to suffer from it and if this post helps just one of the lovely people on here then its been worthwhile.
all the best
John
