Nothing turns me off more than smoking. Whilst I feel I am very liberal minded and not one to be judgemental I just have a blockage when it comes to cigarettes. Foul smelling, dirty, cancer promoting, causing bad breadth and horrible little wrinkles around the lips. Not for me this one. But then again that is only my opinion, each to their own.
We both smoke - and put the fact in our ad so that people can make the choice as to whether it is a problem.
If we were meeting in a well ventilated place such as a pub etc (you may argue they are not well ventilated) we would probably smoke - but not as many if we were with non smokers.
However, if we were in a house or bedroom we wouldnt smoke. As a smoker the addiction isnt so bad when you know you cant do it. I can be in the office or a meeting for hours and not be bothered about having one. As soon as it is finished I cant wait to get outside to have one.
I go to Ireland regularly and they now have the ban for workplaces. I was talking to some guys in the pub about how the ban effected them, and they told me that it was a nightmare - you could smell every fart and burp!
I understand fully that it is a turn off for many people, wish we had the will power to give up and try not to inflict it upon others.
