We kiss and our experience is that most couples we've played with do.
A kiss and cuddle is a very nice way to wind down after a session too.
We only meet single guys usually. I like to kiss them if we get intimate, D doesn't have a problem with that so long as they don't want to kiss him, even when he is a she! but that's another story.
I don't think i could handle seeing him snog the face off a fem if we were in that situation.

I have recently changed my mind totally on this one. Having spent the last 3 years of my marriage never kissing my husband at all let alone snogging him, I believed it to be far too personal. We still had sex, though, pretty much up to the day I walked out (something that took stealthy planning, as I am sure you can appreciate). That's just it though. We were fucking, not making love. I was absolutely dusgusted at the thought of getting his face that close to mine. I did not like him, he did not like me. But we both had the need for sex, and we were there, in the same bed... ya know, it was convenience.
So, I had always thought that I would not be able to snog with someone unless I really, really loved/respected them. Well, I guess this is still true, but now I have more love and respect for myself (thank you dear) and this inspires me to love and respect others in everything I do. As a result, thie kiss/don't kiss thing has not even entered my mind when in an intimate situation with a 3rd (or 3rd & 4th) party. If we kiss, we kiss. If we're too busy with our mouths on other things, it's not because we would not want the facial intimacy, as it was in my marriage, it's simply that we did not kiss.
I was unsure about this subject until I started swinging.
I thought for a long time about this as I have snogged quite a few people over the years at parties, nights out, clubbing with pals etc... but never attatched such warmth and feeling to it as when you kiss with someone you truely love.
For me before swinging, sex was the most intimate and private thing you could do with someone. It was sharing yourself, all of you, your body and through some special connection somehow, your "lifeforce" as it were. It still is to a certain extent and this is why attraction has to be important for me personally.
My partner then asked me to define this and think about the difference of making love and sex. As vix pointed out, in her previous relationship the thought of any facial contact was too much. The line he draws is that looking into each others eyes lovingly and kissing deeply and passionately makes the act of sex into the act of making love.
Personally, we have said that we don't do kissing with others or ourselves when swinging because this draws the line between what we do ourselves and what we do with others. We reserve somethiing for only us to share so we can both feel very special to each other in our relationship.
