Sitting in a corner of a chatroom people are unlikely to get to know you, always best to get chatting on the forums and get yourself "known".
If your looking simply to get laid then I doubt this is the place for you ..... best popping down the local and sitting in a corner there!
Problem with single guys is they have some bad press, many see SH as a place to get laid and then get frustrated when they don't, many are out for a laugh ... and have no intention of making themselves unique enough to get noticed.
We're not looking for single males, we can invite ppl we know if we want that, but have no objection to getting friendly with some on here ... you never know when you'll be in their area, or need an extra.
Forget getting laid and look for friendships, the shag will happen if it's meant to.

Kind of agree with roger on this one. As a single man you are frankly one in a somthing unique or special about yourself helps alot, but doesn't mean it will be easy. just remember people are inundated with pushy single guys so try getting to know people and don't expect anything. That way if it does happen its a bonus. I started out single in here mate but thanks to a few kind peoples help (The Gent) and my lovely new woman i'm living proof that patients and politeness pays.
