Right I've given this some thought and to be honest I haven't come up with much redface

Well, first I have to take the olds on a three hour round trip to their holiday destination for the week. Then I need to tidy the garden and do a couple of loads of washing. I need to decorate this house prior to selling and find cheep and reliable storage for all our clutter so than we can present it in the best possible light.
I then need to locate a suitable plot of land, at the right price (this alone will be almost impossible), fight the planners to get permission to build what I want, where I want it.
Locate suitable contractors etc, relocate family, find schools, build the feking thing and then do it all again at least three times.
