:lol2: ). I have yet to see a soap do a Swinging story though? Must admit I only watch Eastenders so I could have missed something.If they were to portray a Swinging story line in a main stream soap do you think they could actually do it with a positive spin? I dont think think its possible
The soaps need controversy at every corner. Here are a few scenarios that I can imagine would be enacted if a soap did a swinging story line.Jack and Jill went up the hill and found they have lack of action in the bedroom there
During an internet search for a popular holiday company Jack accidentally stumbles by a website called Swinginghaven. Jill is excited by Jacks findings and after some advice they head of to the local club! They are soon approached by a extremely good looking couple (Soaps are unrealistic most of the time) and the merriment begins. However things dont go swingingly for long! Jill is so impressed she begins to contact the other man alone and before you know it afternoon meetings are planned. Unbeknown to her Jack is doing the same :shock: Besotted by the other birds tits the two of them have been indulging in some Sunday afternoon dogging, woof woof. It all comes to a head at Christmas (again) When the two party's accidentally plan the start of their clandestine Christmas meet in the same bar! It all kicks off and Jill hits Jack in the head with a pale of water he dies and the three remaining swingers quickly stuff him in a beer keg and hide it in the attic. There then follows 10 months of people wondering where Jack went and wandering past the attic hatch going "err guv whats that smell". The Games up when a barrel runs out and there are none left in the cellar. New bar boy Lofty heads into the attic in search of a barrel and brings it down to the cellar and the rest of the pub quickly finds out that Jack is extra cold but not very nice with a pack of cheese and onion :roll: Janet & John are a young couple who are deeply in love. However they are also very liberally minded and Janet also has a fancy for the taste of muff. The problem here is Janets father is a devout Catholic priest with a touch of fire and brimstone about him. John being slightly older has swung in a previously as a single and has no trouble in discovering Janet's cravings. Reactivating a previous account after 5 years John is not surprised to find he still has no messages :roll: but is successful in finding a nice bi lady for him and Janet to play with (See I told you soaps are unrealistic). Its all going fantastically well until one afternoon Janets father bursts into the bedroom unannounced in the middle of a full MFF session. John is banished from the house immediately but in a surprising display of leniency on Janets fathers part the 33f naked bi playmate is allowed to stay and live in the spare bedroom. Unable to escape the house for a few months Janet is bereft without John :( Janet also begins to notice that after many spiritual healing sessions with her father her bi playmate is always standing behind a table a counter or wearing a large baggy jumper. On Christmas eve :roll: Janet escapes the house and heads for her Fathers Church where she knows John will be waiting. Janet's father is of course hot on her heels and the festive show down ends with a huge blaze in the church which is raised to the ground. Janets father and John are no where to be found :( Janet returns to the house where she is shocked to discover her bi playmate is pregnant :neutral: They decide to live together and raise the baby but more drama lies ahead. Who was the father! John or Janets dad? And who will rise like a Pheonix from the flames to be present at the birth?
I will now apologize to the members of Swingingheaven. I started writing that as a serious topic then umm my mind and the whiskey kind of kicked in and we ended up with this. Gotta be honest though! I enjoyed it :lol2:
