I just couldn't resist the title of this thread even though it might restrict the readership a tad (fool to myself).
Yup it is not a question as to whether I should use erect or flaccid cock pics in my response to an ad (it's even more boring than that) - did you know that salesmanship was one of my strengths?.
But it did occur to me that there are some very knowledgeable people hereabouts who could help me manage something which I've tried several times but got completely mind-boggled each time.
Fact is I need a laptop pdq. All I know is I want summat fast +, plenty o' memory - min 512Mb - 40Gb or 80Gb Hard Drive. Preferably fairly light and a means to connect to the internet home and abroad. As I'd be taking it abroad on some fairly boring business trips DVD and CD-RW capability with, I guess suitable graphics would be a real plus.
Anybody got any advice please? (Budget - say up to £1200)
Will need to let you know cos it's lingering in the boot of my car at the moment - two floors down!! Something to do with V505 series?
Tomorrow do??

Dave - have you noticed that Redstilletto is fluent in Bollox. We must establish a bollx preservation group so we can stand around in the pub and talk it to keep the old language alive.

I don't know how loaded you are - BUT - beware. I connect midweek via Moblie/laptop.
I used to just check emails and stuff and that was okay. But since I found SH and some new friends my mobile bills have gone through the roof!!
Boring I know, but this should be quite adequate for what you need, we have about 40 of these at work, very solid and reliable.
