ADVICE NOW >>>>>>>>>
Buy a Push Bike

Only don't try to take it on the bus! lol The drivers kind of don't like the mixed transport kind of thing going on. biggrin
Davej! smackbottom
I wondered where my alternative mode of transport had disappeared to. confused And there it was hiding in your garage all the time. I should have listened to the warnings from easy and Neil when they said you were an evil mastermind genius with a cunning plan to take over the world.

Hell McCloggie seems like the perfect solution to me. These baby's ain't quick and I can only stay up on it in a straight line, which is fuck all use to me as there is a roundabout at the bottom of my road, so if I can off load it and do someone a favour why not....................fuck, I am such a caring person these days :smug:
More usefully, here is a site on the legal whys and wherefores of surviving a speeding ticket...

I got a new scooter in March along with brand new insurance, a provisional license and cbt transport worries are over and i was loving the road, including easy dogging access.
Ive recieved three speeding tickets! im so stupid but i know i will never do it again.i didnt know my 50cc bike could go that fast!
what do i do, is their a way to escape this?

Think you'll just have to pay it ... they'll pursue it and the costs will simply escalate ... don't know if you've seen any of those 'Bailiffs' programs recently but the number of people who end up having to pay several £100s just because they tried to dodge a £50 ticket is ridiculous ... it's a lot of money for sure, but better than the consequences if you ask me. It's a vicious process.
Only thing I don't get is the bit about you only having a provisional license ... if it's provisional, you're not legally qualified to drive so how can you get insurance? Or is it different for scooters as opposed to cars ... I don't know so am asking?
Some very blonde advice !!!
1. Slow down
2. Take the points and dont bother to make up a story that no-one will believe anyway !
3. Remember perjury and fraud are jailable offences
4. Speed limits are there to cut down the death rate,,,,,,,,,, 30mph is in a built up zone. so be glad you only get points and no sentance for manslaughter !!!
No sense of humour on this matter coz the possibilty of killing someone, coz you were an idiot, just isnt funny in my book !!
