Ever been to Spud you like?
This is a place where you go when you are trying to be good and avoiding the chips and chips and chips they sell in KFC, Burger king and Mcdonalds.
This is the place you go where they give you a plastic knife and fork that looks like it belongs in a childrens tea set. Its also bright green so you look like a total tit.
This is the place where they give you a Bright green plastic knife and fork to cut into an armor plated jacket potato.
This is also the place where they give you a armor plated potato in a polystyrene dish only very slightly bigger than said potato.
This is a place where they give you a polystyrene dish that can be easily cut by a bright green plastic knife and fork but a potato that cannot.
This is the place I observed other customers eating like they were knitting trying to get into the tiny polystyrene dish.
Whats the matter with Metal knifes and forks and small plates banghead
you dont get metal knives and forks in places like these because people who rant and lose it over a potato usually end up stabbing the staff with them.

But there wouold be calm and tranquility if we just had a knife with at least a bloody edge on it :silly: I mean there not even serrated.

1. a spudulike potato provides about one third of the recommended daily dose of vitamin C
2. there are only 25 calories per ounce in a spudulike potato
3. spudulike potatoes provide B1, niacin and iron (93% of iron in potatoes is usable by the body)
4. spudulike potatoes are low in sodium (that's salt to you and me) and virtually fat free!
5. the spudulike potato is high on fibre which is doubled when you eat the skin
6. spudulike potatoes have value as a supplementary source of good quality protein

@5 As long as you can swallow it whole

whatever happened to the good old days of Wimpy when it was a fast food place/restaurant where you could still sit at a table, be served by table staff, and eat with metal cutlery off of china plates?
or am I just really really old?

What's worrying is what the body does with the remaining 7% that it doesn't want.
