Shitloads of them here, but I went to one in Salford last year who was very good, but I can't think of his name - he was American/ jewish, I think, but don't quote me on that!!
He reckons he was one of the country's leading authorities, so perhaps that might prompt someone who is 'in the business' who might know who I mean.
