PM me, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to set up encryption (if your PC's are connecting to the internet via the router the only thing you have to do is setup the security on the router and make sure each accessing PC can see the router (and you don't forget the passkey) but I'm more than happy to help out.

I don't think you can secure Windows 95 and MS-DOS v6 which seem to be Ian's favourites innocent

we have a router and our brother in law set it up for us with a password but if he hadnt told us we wouldnt have known, we got the router as our son had a laptop and we had a desktop, we have recently got a laptop and for the first week it turns out we were using someone elses router as the laptop latched onto it,I dont really know how to set it to connect straight to our router but whenever we turn it on it always connects to the neighbours, when we looked at the list there are 3 unsecure networks in our street
Must admit i have been guilty of knicking bandwidth. There have been occassions when i have needed to pick up my emails whilst out and about and in a hurry. I usually pick a street and drive up and down till i find one.
some people know far too little about computers to be allowed to own one.
lol...
the best way to do it is set the wireless router to only accept request from certain mac address....(each indervidual wireless cad or network point has one)
also make sure u set a password....
make life so mucth easiar...
