So strictly will be back on the box in a few weeks time (thank god the footy season will be well under way)....
Is it time for Brucie to hang up his dancing shoes and hand the show over to the younger ‘generation’.....
Tess will be as fantastic as ever (lucky Vernon), however, Bruce will be looking through last years xmas crackers for new jokes.....
I’m sure the ladies would love someone like Adam Garcia to take over.....
Have I ever mentioned my idea 'celebrity gas chamber'??
Shit...
I thought this was a vote for whether brucie should be banned (again, if he hasn't already)
Poor brucie.. he does take some stick, doesn't he :lol2:
Brucie.....one of the great British institutions.
A lot of people would say he makes the show what it is.

What a pity we have no up and coming replacements...
There was a female comic on Sky this morning talking about the Edinburgh Comic Festival which starts today. Eamonn Holmes asked her who her favourite comics were. She named a few but I've never heard of any of them!
Where oh where is Britain's talent? When Brucie has spent his bonus (he has past his 3 score years and ten now at 83) who can possibly replace him?

to quote the clash "should i stay or should i rock the casbah"?

OMG Brucie quoting The Clash lol
In spirit of the thread and the words of the oracle then..........
"Give them enough rope" because "Rudie can't fail" and besides the "Right profile", in his own words "I'm not down" so people should "Know your Rights" as this is no "Clampdown" and he'll probably never go "Straight to hell" though he does get "Lost in the supermarket" amongst "Police & thieves" it's not for "Death & glory" you understand.
Since the "Car jamming" he now admits to taking the "Train in vain" in his role as a "Ghetto defendant" in the "Inocculated city" where "Lover's rock" rather than promoting "Hate & war" so as to cause "Cool confusion" since "1977".
Better stop now because "Time is tight"
wink

That`s why the show is shit then !
Is that your interpretation then?
I bet you have never even watched it.
Check the viewing figures....they must be doing something right. I have watched it but ballroom dancing is not my cup of tea but...Brucie is an institution or are we not allowed to have those either anymore?
Brucie
seen them a couple of times and booked them for a few gigs in early days
But more inportantly...whilst 'lost in the supermarket' today it was apparently 'drug stabbing time' I was worried that I might be 'shot by both sides'....shit wrong band..bugger it I'm off

Just because lots of people do something doesn`t make it right !! If a lot of people like to watch crap on the telly, that`s entirely up to them, makes no difference to me but still doesn`t stop it from being shit.

Well you carry on listening to Radio 4.:giggle: :rascal:
Well with viewing figures like this, who says Brucie should go?
"Last year's Strictly was the second highest rating series of all, down only 400,000 to a 9.2 million series average, which in today's TV landscape is a massive figure."

No comment..
Bruce F should have been dragged off the TV 30 years ago. He was appalling on The Generation game. Rude, sarcastic, insulting - all said with a smile so it was ok. Well no, actually, it wasn't ok. As for his dancing - he shuffled about a bit grinning at the camera - any drunk uncle at a wedding can do that. Was he ever funny, talented, a dancer? Maybe, but not in living memory - actaully, hang on I'll ask my Mum. She's 81, she might remember.
