Seeing as you use the same batter mix for Yorkie puds and pancakes reminds me of a place in Holborn(don't know if it is still open these days)called 'My Old Dutch' which used to serve just pancakes on those huge plates with all types of different fillings.
Think I will make a few pancakes tonight now. smile

We have the "traditional" Sunday lunch most weeks. When it comes to Yorkshire pudding.............it doesnt have to be beef!.....my kids love it and would eat it with every meal if they could rolleyes .....and yes I make my own.........ready made just aren't the same!.......much cheaper way of doing it too! smile

There are places in yorkshire that serve yorkshire pudding as a starter!
I'm one of those people who could and would eat yorkie pud with anything!

Well i made a lovely roast dinner yesterday, not overly keen on ready made yorkshires apart from Aunt Bessies, but sometimes in my mad house, its just easier to use them.
Of course, the best way to have a gorg roast dinner is to share it with friends....like yesterday.....and i hope we can do it again soon...........this time ill remember the stuffing that id put aside to keep warm............didnt realise until my housemate went to cook the lasagne he had made and asked if anyone fancied stuffing with their lasagne! confused rolleyes
:rose: kiss

Wouldn't mind but i didnt even get the stuffin with me lasagne either!!!!! lol
