Boil some parsnips in with your pototoes for mashing. I chop both up to about 1" cubes before cooking, then mash them together, adding in some yoghurt and horseradish. Whip it till it's really creamy and eat it with ANYthing on ANY day and it really perks up your lunch!

sunday lunch for me was a brief stop at McDonalds drive through on my way home, as usual was a case of eyes bigger than my belly so the dog got most of it when I finally got in.
Slept through tea time
and my son told me off this morning for getting up when he was trying to make me breakfast in bed - awwwww :lickface:
God, id murder a Sunday roast right now :P
