I keep getting emails from SH titled Swing Bot to my email address telling me that I have mail on here...
The thing is... I have ticked the box so not to receive notifications of new mails and its been that way for over a year. I checked it yesterday and the box is still ticked, so how come its happening??
Is it only me, or is anybody else getting this too?

I've submitted a support ticket asking them to stop sending them to me, like you I have "send me nothing" ticked in my preferences.

I`ll try and block the sender address in my inbox settings.
And admin if you`re reading this.....turn that feature off. We dont like it!

Its not a virus, the name was changed to swing bot as we were trying different things to see what stopped messages getting through to some accounts, people shouldn't be getting them if they have selected not to receive notifications and one of the guys will be going over everything to see why this has happened in the morning.

also Im having problems sending emails even via contact on profile, its making me put the users name in the email.
even when replying to emails you have to state who you want it to go to

the new thing with swingbot is it does not just tell me there is a mail waiting for me, it gives me a link directly to that mail and auto signs me in.
I do NOT want to be auto signed in, i specifically have no passwords remembered on my pc to reduce the possibility of stolen data.
please can you just send a notification without the auto sign in bit.
apart from the fact if my kids around and look at my email they could and anyone else for that matter potential sign in, and im not happy about that.
