I have had 2 fantastic meets from this site, 1 has developed into a regular meet and friendship, the other... well it may do!!!
They were both single guys. I am in regular contact with 3 couples with a view to meeting in the future. I appreciate that couples need a little more confidence in the person they are meeting. I am looking more for long term friendships, maybe some playing thrown in, but thats an added bonus!!!
My question and discussion topic is - do my experiences so far qualify me as a swinger?
I don't think they do. If I'd picked these guys up in a nightclub, they'd just be 1 night stands, because I met them through a swingers website, does this make it different? The 2 guys I've been with say that it does qualify me. I suppose if I'd met a couple I'd feel different.
So I'm throwing it open to everyone - what qualifies someone as a :swingingchair:

It seems it would qualify you as a swinger, basing this on what others have said about me. Personally I would consider myself a real swinger if I was in a relationship and swang with my partner but it seems swinging has a much broader definition than that.

:lol: :lol: :lol: I'm in more or less the same situation. I've had a few meets and have become close friends with one particular person who has become my main intimate friend. We see each other regularly both socially and sexually. The way I see it is this. If I was only seeing him and vice versa I would consider us to be lovers rather than swinging partners. I do however, keep my options open to meeting other people so I do call myself a swinger :swingingchair:
