There are many spa's with many varying rules. We have been to two in the sussex area and both are acceptable but just depends on what you are looking for. We will 26th Aug during the day come and say hello.

The two I know of and have experienced are Rio's and Sun City Spa. Your participation is as much or as little as you wish. Both of these clubs are advertised as naturist spas. Again this is not obligatory, you can wear swim wear if you choose and use the facilities. Both then have rest rooms you can retire to. You can then invite others for fun at your own discretion. Both these clubs are used by people with no interest in sexual activity so an element of discretion is required.
Rio's is in Kentish Town. It has pretty good facilities and is quite popular. My only complaint on the occaisions I have been there (and others may well disagree) are the staff are a little snooty with people they don't know and there is a definite cliquey atmosphere there. I like to think I conduct myself with appropriate good manners and etiquette whilst there. I am not one of the letch brigade. This has been commented on by several people including couples I have spoken too who have experienced the atmosphere there too.
Sun City Spa is next to St James St station in Walthamstow, E17. Sad to say, it is not as good as it could have been. It was the old City Spa from Stratford and moved there a while ago. Last time I was there it still had tired facilities but at least the staff were friendly and welcoming. Saunas, jacuzzis and steam rooms are all pretty small. It is less busy than Rio's which does allow you to actually talk to people a little better. Again there are rest rooms for your privacy.
As with any facility like these, what you do is up to you. There will be an element in any of these places of the letch brigade who will follow you (well the lady anyway) in the hope they will be given sexual favours almost like you owe them. They can be very off putting to new people. Single guys can be really in your face, where ever you go you will notice a train of guys behind your lady.
Cost in both of these is something like £15 a couple for a session as long as you like. Both have very late night openings at the weekends and I believe both often do themed party nights (Rio's used to do a couples only night too).
