Swinging and Dogging in Scotland

They say our new years celebrations are the best in the world
They say our crowds are the best at concerts anywhere in the world
They even say our Shortbread in wee tartan tins is the best in the world (coz nobody else does it!!!)
But everyone complains about the scottish swinging scene - so lets do something about it.
Can we have a discussion (discussion only! no meets arranged) on how Scotlands Swinging Scene can be improved, if it needs improved, and if not, why so many people complain about it??

Are there any clubs in Scotland? They tried to open one near the border in Carslisle but the council stopped it as far as I know. Does anybody know if the Black Orchid is operating?
