I did read of a couple but I can't help you by remember where, it was long before I joined SH. However the phenominon does exist.
Actually come to think of it I think they were "naturist" B&B's but from the description, naked at meals, jacuzzi that sort of thing, I imagine a certain amount of amusement is not out of the question. Suggest a google search on "naturist B&B" and see what you get.
