I agree M8 - I haven't been able to get on the site for over a week. Just a message appearing that SH will be back by 16:00 - which 26:00 was never actually stated - but system was down as I said for over a week. Hope we get 7 days added on to the end of our current contract before being asked for money for the next twelve months.

Systems instability
Pictures showing a third party are not allowed - neither are children, animals, photos of holidays, photos of cars, wedding photographs with other people in them, school/college photographs with other people in them,fake photos with incredibly bad photoshot work, stolen pics from other websites, scanned in photos from magazines etc etc etc.

There HAVE been warnings of site downtimes. There HAVE been plenty of threads about crashes, glitches, glumps and problems. Now the site is running better than ever, I've been away a few days and am quite amazed at it.... now my fingers are crossed that it stays that way.

This may well be the case but like all information systems there has to be a balance in it's implementation. It's no good if the said system responds quickly if the data/information it holds is inconsistant. Worse still those systems that lose data are a menace and should be urgently reviewed

It just seem a little odd to me.
I personally want pics of me in my profile, after all why would I want people who might want to meet me, looking at pics of others I have met?

Folks I know I'm fighting a losing battle here because so many people on the site seem to have emotionally invested in SH and will hear no critisism of it's operations however heartfelt and genuine. I shall await to hear from SH 2006 or whatever it's now called.
