I have been at home and rather stupidly made the mistake of indulging in a little channel-surfing.
I came across a programme called, as the thread title may imply: Take Me Out.
After a meer thirty seconds viewing it had me wishing that the title meant that the horrors who might put themselves onto such drivle-programming might actually be making requests to assasins who would happily do the deed for them.
Perhaps the show might be made more interesting by having the said assins complete a number of tasks or competitions to ascertain who gets to pull the trigger / set the trap / dig the pit / cut the brake cable / drop the axe / hone the blade*

then, and only then might I have continued whatching.
Please don't tell me this programme appeals to you.

Isnt it soething like the thing Chris Tarrant did ages ago, man o man or something like that?
It is of the similar ilk to man o man,
Take Me Out is a daring new dating show designed to put the powers of female intuition to the ultimate test.
Host Paddy McGuiness plays cupid to thirty lovely ladies all hoping to find their perfect man...but will they like what they see?
Each week eligible bachelors are lowered onto the stage. Each girl stands behind a podium with a light on. If she doesn't like what she sees, she presses her buzzer and it's lights out, bye-bye baby, no date.
First impressions count but is it a costly mistake to judge too soon?
Can brains win over beauty? Or is the dating game quite literally a question of survival of the fittest?
So do I take it at some point the show will revert to this format
Take Me Out is a daring new dating show designed to put the powers of male intuition to the ultimate test.
Host Paddy McGuiness plays cupid to thirty horny blokes all hoping to find their perfect woman...but will they like what they see?
Each week eligible spinsters are lowered onto the stage. Each bloke stands behind a podium with a light on. If he doesn't like what he sees, he presses his buzzer and it's lights out, bye-bye cutey, no date.

And for the record I will not be watching this crap
Still waiting for a reply from Endomol about my programme idea .....Celebrity Gas Chamber....I do hope they decide to make it

Please tell me you're not suggesting murder - I'd find that ever so slightly more serious (and maybe illegal?) than fictional white bearded, red-coat wearing, appears-once-in-a-year characters indulging in illegal substances. ;)
Sadly Noel Edmonds is niether fictional, and appears a damned sight more regularly than once a year.
Luckily my attempts to miss his programmes have been largely successful and I'm not fully aware of his wardrobe. Though I'm sure a red oat would suit him.

Lol - I was referring to santa claus, considering how it could be deemed as bringing SH into disrepute if it was suggested he had a "habit". Imagine what effects that could have on kids.

how about a swingers version, a quarter will not turn up.2 of the straight men will shag each other and all the women will shag each other cos a bi fem is so hard to find lol

Can I put my name down for camerman please
I think if the show is called 'take Me Out' there ought to be at least some assassinations on it!
my kind of thinking
