we are after a claification as so what a part of the T&C of the site actually means.
The part in questoin is
10.2 Where you submit any contribution or posting to any of the Company’s websites you agree by submitting your contribution to grant the Company a perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive right and licence (including the right to sub-licence) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and exercise all copyright with respect to your contribution world wide.
To us this means if we upload a picture to here we are permitting Swinging Heaven to use the picture in any way they want including selling it onto a 3rd party. Is this correct? And if it does not mean that what exactly is meant by the terms listed above?

Have you tried sending a support ticket or asking admin?
I am fairly sure I can answer this one confused
Swinging Heaven would never take a picture and use it else where and they sure as hell wouldn't sell it on to a third party.
10.2 applies to your comments on the forum, club recomendation or a story you post on site.
If you still have doubts, go into the help section and send in a support ticket
Don't worry, it's me that owns the copyright to it all, just look at my sig wink
I claimed the rights way back in 2005 so it's mine, all mine mwahahaahaha
I'm very much not a lawyer, but I believe that bit allows them to put your posts and whatever on the site. For a forum to work, they have to make copies and publish your work. Without that licence, they couldn't.
Very similar wording appears in the T&C of many web sites that have user-contribution like this.
