Keeps coming up with DSO Exploit. It asks me do I want to fix the problem but when I say yes it says 0 problems fixed. Help!!!!
Don't worry about it Red. It's supposed to find it. The author of Spybot found that many spyware removal companies were using a hacked copy of his database (some were even blatantly hacked versions of Spybot itself) and added certain false entries in said database to easily identify these hacked versions.
So even if DSO exploit comes up every time I do search and destroy its ok?
If you go into Advanced Mode you can ask Spybot to ignore it.
In Spybot click on Mode on the MenuClick on AdvancedClick on OKClick on Settings (at the bottom left)Click on Ignore ProductsScroll down to DSO Exploit tick the box (DO NOT TICK ANY OF THE OTHER BOXES)Click on Mode on the MenuClick on Default ModeRun (or close) Spybot
