Techie help please

Well... I have tried and tried lol..
Please can some one tell me how I can capture an image out of a DVD I have.. I can freeze the frame i want.. I have managed to save an image using Gladwins print screen but when it comes to opening theres nothing there just a blank space...
All it is is a scan of a baby i want to get.. Will make someone very happy if I can get a hard copy lol. Please help if you can.

Open up Windows Paint and then create a new document. Then simply click on paste and hey presto your screen print comes up.

has all the guides and some software you will need.
I take it this is a home made dvd so no security issues should be there.
I have a ulead video software but as yet never tried to get a still image.
I will have a play pm me if you cant find what you need on that site and i will look

Do you have powerDVD if so just pause where you want it and hit the capture button.
alternatively pause it on screen with what you have (preferably full screen) and do a screen capture, this is done by holding down Ctrl and pressing PrtScr on your keyboard. Then just open MSpaint and paste then save as jpeg.

My screen capture thing is replaced by some fancy gizmo... works for everything bar this one blindin DVD lol... captures an image for sure but for the life wont display it again after the dvd itself is closed down.
Will try unloading the capture thing I use and try that... Thanks xx
