Following the advice of members on here I recently installed and use Adaware. I just noticed however, that all the things it has found are quarantined and not deleted. How do I get rid of them completely?

It does depend slightly which version you've got as to where the link is, but find the "Open Quarantine List" link (bottom right of the opening screen in Adaware 6), then open the list. If you right click the link you can delete all items, if you checked what it found on each search and are confident nothing important has been accidently quarantined this is fine, otherwise, you can select and delete the quarantine archives one at a time, leaving the most recent three so you can restore them if needs be.
