Could be the graphics card, the amount of virtual memory assigned to it, a driver fault or a dodgy setting in the open GL setting etc.
If you have the driver disc, try reinstalling it or download the latest version from their website, see if you can access the control settings through control panel, something like an ATI ot Nvidia card will have lots of things to adjust, maybe even a set to default button.
if you have a spare pc, put your graphics in it to test it.
I once spent a day rebuilding a machine to test it and it was just a dodgy driver, swapping the card reinstalled it.
If you get reaaly stuck ask Sleazy
i was refering to the ones that actually had pc based qualifications, not the floor numpties
Packard Bell have a very active forum, where other owners help each other out with problems. I used their collective knowledge when I had a problem with a what should have been a straightforward memory upgrade.
Not sure what the policy is on external links of this nature so if it gets removed PM me and I'll send it to you:
You have to register to be able to post to the forum, but it costs nowt and they don't spam you at all.
Good luck.
