So we all know you we can pay a quid, stick our wrists in a cuff which will inflate, deflate and tell us our blood pressure whilst a mild laser measures our height and a pair of pressure sensitive switches will send an electronic signal to a digital display that will tell us our weight.
If that's not our thing every week we can join a slimming club and have the same treatment for 5 times the price just so we get the 'personal' service.
Well I think its time we turned our back on technology and made use of the tools biology gave us. Sorry Sleazy but NN looks good and I am not about to give up that damn gym I have just paid a fortune for for the next three months at least.
Anyway I have found since working out and losing some weight I am more flexible and sex is better wink
Personally I think that eating healthily and exercising actually helps to improve sex lives and self-confidence..... and I agree with Jaymar - Mr Wild is training for a half marathon and I'm in training for a triathlon and yet we can both still get hot, sweaty and breathless during and after sex (in fact the more you sweat often the more efficient your body is, therefore the healthier you are)...
