Find the pic you want, either search google images or search photobucket...
Get to photobucket and select the upload (set the size beforehand)
You will be given 4 links... you need to copy and paste the bottom one (think it says for forum and bullatin boards) into your text box over here and preview

If you find a picture you want on the internet and cant be bothered to upload.. right click the picture and open properties
copy the location and paste in the text box
highlight and click the link :thumbup:
preview then post if your happy with it
