Well its been a blast for a while but the time has come for me to leave. If I am on any socials list and have forgotten then please take me off.
This place has not provided me with what I have been looking for which is a regular long term lover .. I suppose most of you would say told you that, and it seems its true, so I am leaving.
Thanks for those few who have been a friend to me here and you can keep in touch by email if you want to.

People use this site for all sorts of things. The variety is one of the great parts of it and people take from it what they want. Once here, people often find something they weren't looking for originally and gain added benefit from that.
you don't have to burn your bridges, just say 'taking a break, catch y'all later'!!

It always pays to keep an open mind you never know whats round the corner!

If you are honest with yourself before you join and admit you are looking for a long term lover then I'd say SH is the wrong place to be. Alas, we know too many people on this site who are looking for just this and who are on SH.
If however, you join SH with pure swinging in your mind and you happen to meet a long term lover, then that is altogether a different situation.
Then of course that is perhaps me reading more into the words 'long term lover'.
Of course, good luck in what you're looking for though.

I am only going to talk for me personally, I liked her, respected her opinions, and was fun to talk to at socials......and I sorry that she made the decision she did...

Pretty simple question!
But sounding rude in the context that you quoted a previous post saying it was a shame. So just asking you to please for my benefit to be a little more explicit with your questioning. Or make it sound less rude and challenging.
As it appears that by saying 'why' to a quote from a poster saying 'That's a real shame that is' referring to a what i consider a good contributor. That it matters not a jot to you that the member who started the thread has left.
I may be wrong i frequently am. But i do like clarity and politeness and dislike rudeness and unecessarily abrupt posts that lead to people feeeling unecssarily put on. we have the most fantastic language and it doesn't take much effort to avoid this.
Please feel free to lambast me (but in a nice polite and not insulting way please)if I in any way have got hold of the wrong end of the stick

And quite possibly paranoid too.
the power of the written word.........it can be looked at a million different ways.. so some people are going to see it as being arguementative (sp)
so did you actually have anyone to contribute to this thread rather than question everyone else motive (you were actually asked a question as well in the middle of it..but decided to ignore it), or did you just want to stir the pot to see what reaction you would get..so to speak......
