Long story about late delivery from the US but in the end got it for less than 1/2 price than in the UK ( + P&P in the UK)
Probably the reason we have not been in the Forum a lot in the last few days!
ops: Things to note!
The bolt in the ceiling takes some explaining, but after going through all the possibilities about offending my parents sensibilities if they ask, we have just decided to say it is for sexual purposes. If they want to know more we will tell them, but if they want to leave the conversation there, they can!
The alternative wimp out is to put a smoke detector over it with the guts missing out of it! :wink: Any cracks in the ceiling very quicly deposit dust all over your carpet if you get a little strenuous! But rest assured 1 joist can take the weight of 2 people hanging from it! :oops:
The straps can dig in if you don't get them just right but be prepared to have a lot of giggles and laughs along the way!
If your partner ticks you off and they are in the swing with feet in stirrups a quick swing on the foot and they spin for hours!
It is a wonderful thing and we are going to enjoy every minute of exploring the possibilities with those we know, and at future parties but if anyone else has one and has some tips or advice please let us know as we are new to this!
