surprisingly the thing we said to pee our neighbours off ....was telling them we were moving,apparently we were the quietest they had had for years...

Our neighbour is in the process of selling up (spilt from hubby) anyway we sat here in the morning next thing boom boom boom from her hi-fi system!!! 5 mins passed & it was still going 
at this point Stileto shouted at the kitchen wall.

Having been on the receiving end of appalling behaviour from a previous set of neighbours, I respect the ones we have, who are utterly wonderful.
I also respected the people who were there before them- despite not liking them. It's their home, and I would hate to intentionally disrupt anyones home life unless they'd given me damn good reason.

dont get me wrong i do not intend to play the hifi at full blast in stupid hours of the day its on the adjoining wall purely for elecrical purposes and would never piss them off intentionally

The thread came from a conversation with my friend about her neighbours this morning, and it got me thinking what bizarre things are said/done between neighbours, not the fact that i have this hi fi, we are actually lucky to have thick walls and not much is heard from house - house

had a wild swinging party in the summer........and didnt invite them.... :twisted:
40 odd guests and not one neighbour....
single guy next door knocked at 3 in the morning coz we were keeping him awake....so invited him in gave him a drink n he sat round with his eyes popping out of his head for the rest of the night.....

ours used tp play 1 song arl day ,didnt really bother me as was at work but the mrs was really pissed off ,so i took 3 days hols from work and when they went to bed so did i,oh but not to sleep i lay on the bed with a football and kept bouncing it off there bedroom wall ,,,,they got the hint :twisted:

When at home we never had a single problem with ours, we had the odd party and all ours said to us well we were young once. Where Iam now I said to them that had never lived in a flat before so if i was noisey please tell me, when I got given a film surround system I told them, I dont use it that often but i get sent a friendly text if her upstairs thinks its too loud when she wants to sleep, other than that its great I think I have brill nieghbours
We have never set out to piss off our neighbours but... we used to live in a flat and we had a few friends over for a few :cheers: and one friend was sick over the balcony and it landed on their hanging baskets!! they were pretty pissed off!!!

well i wonder why the neighbour didnt get any sleep at all that we as quiet as church mive (not),
but the neighbour did have a good tome with us all..
