the bestest present i had this christmas was a good morning and a smile,kiss and hug of my better half on christmas morning....
I spent Christmas eve sat in a waiting room with my sister, for her pre op assessment for *untypical* breast cancer. It sort of put a dampers on our Christmas this year.
Luckily she's been fast tracked through for treatment, due to her having cancer before and our family history.
So, my best present ever will be at the end of January when my sister has her op and knowing she's ok.
Just bought ourselves another present..
A nice new (well new to us anyway) car

A little bit indulgent but hey ho :-)
funnily enough a photoframe, from my friend with a pic of me and her in. not the most expensive or elaborate pressie but had a lot of meaning in it we had a falling out just before xmas so it meant even more
As we were spending chrimbo away, we were supposed to not do pressies to save on space.
However, I did get one pressie- it took up no space, and is the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me.
Whilst we were on holiday, my husband propositioned my lover :shock:
The upshot was that Mr W had colluded with said lover to make sure it would be ok for me to pay him a visit for a few days on the ship where he lives.........
So my pressie, courtesy of the utterly loverly Mr W is a 610 mile round coach trip!

my best pressie was something i brought for myself in the xmas sales 2 days after xmas, my red ones and everyone says they love em which makes me love em even more lol
