My twopenneth....?
I have always been happy on here, in a general sense of the word. I come and go, because I have other forums I partake on, and yet each has merits. I think if this forum ever becomes JUST a sexual forum, it will die. Because it takes the odd lune, the odd nutter, and I hope I cover both these to break up the subject. I really like the I Village forums, and often if not regularly partake of a natter on many, and yet the door says boldly...a site for women with women in mind....? I did not see the part where men cannot enter. Likewise I am into some weird subjects more akin to new age, and I regularly get questions from younger people, and older about things I know, and yet I am not a follower of any particular path or way.
I think you get out of this forum what you need? I think the answer Carpy, is that if you start to get rollockings from mods, bad pms, no one talking to you, then you have issues...apart from that keep it up mate? Have to dash cos I have a tv prog to watch, but may pm you with a view to a chat if ok???

I believe that the Cafe is literally where we can discuss any topic. The difference between this and other forums is that we can discuss sexual matters openly.
If this forum was just about sex, then I agree with Rocky, it would probably die.
What makes this forum for me is the fact that we can discuss virtually anything whether it makes sense or not.

I think the SH Cafe is what makes this site so different from all the others. I love all the different threads, the diversity really brings out peoples characters. Before I found SH I was on another site for a short while. It was purely swinging based, you couldn't build any sort of rapport with people.
Sure, there are other forums which you can talk about non swinging subjects. But I like talking over anything and everything within this site. When it does come to the more intimate threads, then I am a lot more comfortable asking advice from you lot than I would be from total strangers. One subject not so long ago I was asking advice, now had that been any other site it would've been a receipe for an avalanche of PMs from people offering to show me. Instead it was treated with both good advice and humour.
It's a mixture of the varying threads and broadmindedness of people that make this site work for me.
Oh and I do also have something else to be grateful to SH for :inlove:
