water with lemon squeezed into it. Nice and healthy - followed of course, by the obligatory unhealthy pain au chocolat courtesy of my sister who went to France yesterday. xxx

Have you seen the new bailey's flavours? choc-mint and caramel... haven't got personal experience of them but could easily be persuaded to grab some ice and buy some - purely in the interests of research!

I used to like Pain au chocolat on a Sunday morning, problem was I weighed two stone extra on the Monday morning Do they really taste different if the come from France as opposed to ASDA? From time to time I will have a pastry for breakie on a Sunday, but I tend to go for raisins rather than chocolate these days. Finding them locally is like pulling hens teeth though. Most often it's an Alpen breakfast bar, and coffee substitute from the machine at work. But if I am here, it's Special K (Have to watch my figure, or at least the shadow it casts), fresh ground black coffee and maybe juice of some sort. Rare I have the time in the morning as I am usually sat at my desk pretending to work for 7ish! A thought: Trying to stick to the drink theme, but out of interest any great ideas for an easy, breakfast on the go that is actually good for you? How about a breakfast drink of some sort? I just find myself doing the same old routine and I am pretty sure that breakfast bars are not the healthy option. I should say at this point, that as I have a bit of a mobility issue, so large amounts of sugar probably aren't the answer, hence trying to kick the Alpen habit!
