One small problem....my baking is lousy. I made wholemeal buns once, and even the birds wouldn't eat them.
I think cookbooks are like pornography for people who like food.

we could still have a mass choc fest burnie you supply the recipee, the others who offered the ramekins, others bring the choccy and ingreds and i could supply the baking skills............not a bad baker on the quiet....................
who needs M & S............. :P
As a lover of cakes, how could i have missed that , thank you smile :)

My ex-husband was all of a-fluster with the Wickes catalogue. Even kept a copy in the loo.

had a e-mail back from M&S and they say they have NOT discontinued this product and are very sorry if youve been mis informed . It should be in all stores.

We could have a big chocolate fest night! Would anybody have any extra ramekins?

have millions as am addicted to Gu Puds - they are awesome.
Quote by fem_4_taboo
tall, what are gu puds???
xx lou xxx

gorgeous chocolate puds that come in little ramikins - usually two to a pack - can get them in most supermarkets - really tasty and worth a go if you've not had them - chocolate souffle heated up is my personal favourite
Tried to get some of the tiramisu profiteroles with belgian chocolate sauce....but no!!
we dont think these things ever existed, and it was a cunning ploy to get us all in the shop.

What time do M & S close?
bolt
They do a very good one at Sainsbury's - almost identical - in their "taste the difference" range biggrin
Same sort of subject so thought Id tell u all.
Someone who works for Sainsbury's told me that if an item they dont stock is asked for it is logged and if asked for 5 times it is included in a monthly report by the manager as recommendations to stock.
Anyway, sure most places prob do this and dont no how relyable the logs are but with this in mind, having tasted it lol Ill join the fight lol
Take care x
Definitely not discontinued
Just sat here eating mine  and those scrummy profiteroles

Now, as I am in a hotel, I have no way of heating it up, my portable microwave is shagged.
What's a guy to do. Sat here staring at the little wonder thinking well, I could have it cold .......... rolleyes
I could run downstairs and leave it on the car engine for a while ......

Come on girls.... get a hold of yourselves.....
Yes, i totally agree, i fell in love with it the second i saw its gooey center spill onto the plate, but ...its TINY....
Next time you look at the advert, check out the size of the fork.... same goes for their new add for the party food.... the cocktail stick looks like a tree trunk the camera is that close!!!
Make your own and feel more satisfied about it!
1 cup unsalted butter or unsalted margarine
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, or bars, cut into bite-size chunks
5 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
4 teaspoons flour
8 extra-large paper muffin cups (or use regular paper muffin cups, which will make 12 cakes)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water; remove from heat. Beat eggs, sugar and salt with a hand mixer in a medium bowl until sugar dissolves. Beat egg mixture into chocolate until smooth. Beat in flour or matzo meal until just combined. (Batter can be made a day ahead; return to room temperature an hour or so before baking.)
Before serving dinner, adjust oven rack to middle position; heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a standard-size muffin tin (1/2 cup capacity) with 8 extra-large muffin papers (papers should extend above cups to facilitate removal). Spray muffin papers with vegetable cooking spray. Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake until batter puffs but center is not set, 8 to 10 minutes. Carefully lift cakes from tin and set on a work surface. Pull papers away from cakes and transfer cakes to dessert plates.
Sounds good to me... gonna try it out this weekend
