Sorry to disappoint, but this is not about who's got invitations to the next munch at the presidential ranch.
Rather it's about the tracks that George Bush has downloaded to his iPod.
His playlist is said to be derived from a fairly narrow range of music, mainly country, with the odd song thrown in from mainstream rock artists of the '60s and '70s. However, tracks from the latter are reported to be their more commercial material and certainly not any songs that might tax either dubya's conscience or his remaining pair of brain cells.
One of the tracks on the ipod is John Fogerty's "Centrefield" . It's a pity he didn't download "Fortunate Son" from Fogerty's days with Creedance Clearwater Revival.
And while "(You're so square) Baby I don't care" by Joni Mitchell is on the playlist, Bush might benefit more from a listen to "Paved Paradise".
If you could spike his iPod, what tracks would you put on it?
For starters, I'd like him to have a listen to the following:
"The Price of Oil" by Billy Bragg
"Masters of War" by Bob Dylan
"Killing in the name of" by Rage Against the Machine
"Killing an Arab" by The Cure
"Eve of Destruction" by Barry Maguire
"Bring The Boys Back Home" by Pink Floyd
"Sex and Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll" by Ian Dury and the Blockheads
"American Idiot" by Greenday
As Bush is so fond of country, he might like to hear "John Walker's Blues" by Steve Earl or "The Man in Black" by Johnny Cash.
I don't imagine he's got anything by The Dixie Chicks on there yet either.
And what about Bush's lickspittle, Tony Blair? The first track on his iPod must be "How much is that doggy in the window?"
