Has anyone else experienced a come down after swinging?
Im having great difficulty swapping between 'the real world' and the surreal world of swinging and it takes a good few days to make the adjustment back to reality.
In all fairness it could have something to do with the fact that its such a buzz and exiting and makes the rest of your life seem a little more dull than it was before.
Anyway it would be nice to know Im not the only one who thinks this.
We have experianced the same feeling for a number of years now and it is difficult to perform everyday chores and tasks after a good weekend as they all seem as dull as dishwater. It generally takes us a few days to get back into the groove with work and stuff but after that we settle back into doing the things that are not as exciting but need to be done.
It does of course then work the opposite way around and after a period of quite every day stuff, we do experiance intense excitment and anticipation during the build up to another meet or club night.
If i get a real buzz from playing i find it very hard to come down afterwards.I just crave more and more can take me a good few days to get back to im getting bored doing more things.
I wonder if this an addiction to the buzz of swinging or the sex ?
Anybody got any theories on this ?
I'm still not quite in reality after the weekend, that's why I'm still sitting on my settee when I should be at work
wow..must be an incredible experience...
Its nice to know there are other people who have had the same feelings of post swinging depression (or PSD) as it shall be known from this point onwards.
The only question now is is there a cure?
And if not why not maybe some hormon replacement therapy or something!
Ok.. Seems like I have to volunteer again ..
PSD is a terrible affliction that affects all too many women, ironically this particular disorder has a very simple cure and without regard for my self I hereby volunteer to administer it.
I would be willing to offer myself to couples or single females to help them gently rehabilitate themselves back into "Normality". Leaving you with that fresh just "Swung" feeling to help you through the week.
This purely selfless act I gladly offer to cease the suffering of PSD. No sacrifice is too great to ease their condition.
Have the best of days
So according to you guys I either get pissed or just dont stop swinging! Although they both sound enticing I need something a little simpler to ease my way through the week, Ive taken to watching episodes of 24 back to back (escapism at its best).
Anyway keep those ideas flowing.
