a combination of some pain killers and a sugestion by a friend has managed to stave it of for the time being hence Its just took me an hour in the bath I finally got some sleep redface

In all honesty with only a 1 in 2 chance of getting it wrong its not much of a question so prehaps we'll give it a miss lol
