A wrong number :twisted: had me giggling all afternoon!
Dozy bint here dialled a wrong number and the guy on the other end answered with his company name and then his name ...
Conversation went something along the lines of!
me: Oh sorry I've got the wrong person, I've misdialled!
him: are you positive?
me: erm yeah, because you aren't who I was expecting!
him: what a shame!
me: yes erm, again sorry ..
him: are you sure I can't help?
me: positive (giggling)
him: but I might be the man of your dreams!
me: erm ok .. I'm married
him: hasn't stop millions of women
I made my excuses and hung up but he made my day! I was deadly focused on my job prior to the call and afterwards just haven't been able to do anything (although the twatty system had been down all day!). Then trying to make the correct phone call was as daft as I was giggly and the guy I rang was howling once I relayed the "wrong" call!
There isn't much that side swipes me in my job but that definitely did (much needed amusement too).
