Starting back at Weight Watchers this evening for the first time since my op and finding out I've only put on 6lb in the past 6 months during my recovery biggrin
It may sound like a lot but as I've not been able to do any exercise in all that time, it could have been worse :shock:

Discovering this morning that I am overweight. Huge happiness and internal celebration.
So, what's so good about being overweight?
Well, last night I was obese. Yuk, foul word and such a stigma amongst ignorant people.
Ok, so it's just that my BMI (meaningless measure that it is) dropped below 30 - just, by a veritable whisker, but below nonetheless.
Not that there is anything wrong with people being a certain weight - but I'm actively trying to lose weight and the regular ups are damned annoying. But the graph is generally heading downwards, however slowly. YAY.
