Depending on your boiler and flow rates depends on how hot your hotwater is. Having a Combi boiler, with low flow rates my hotwater was fucking hot but at high flow rates it was decidedly tepid (or cooler).
Therefore with the boiler not working (having a very very low flow rate (i.e. nil)) it isn't hot. When the tap is turned on with a low flow rate the fucking hotwater isn't and when at high flow rates it still isn't.![]()
