People who make broad, sweeping generalizations.
People who use random spellings (FAR more annoying than people who consistently misspell a particular word).
People who insist on using text-message/online chat style abbreviations on a forum post, such as "U" for "you".
People who fail to indicate at roundabouts, specifically the people who can't be bothered to indicate they are coming off at the next exit. Much more confusing in Northampton as the people who have set up the roadmarkings on roundabouts don't appear to have heard of the highway code.
People who believe that speed limits and behaving in a courteous manner to other road users is not applicable to them as they are driving a German car.
News articles, in print and on TV, which are patently written to stir up trouble or publicize a specific agenda.
People who cannot comprehend the simplest safety concepts and consequently force companies to spend vast amounts of money and effort to put up warning notices and barriers to prevent the aforementioned people from doing something blatantly stupid.

Just for the record, today, whilst I was carefully driving past the oblivious workmen through a 10mph posted industrial site, I had a BMW shoot past me at at least 40. Mind you, it would have been difficult for the driver to go slower as the tailgating Merc would have just shoved him along

I got one of those little cards from a parcel delivery company saying "We tried to deliver something, but you weren't at home". They hadn't ticked the "we'll try again tomorrow" box, so the next day I got a taxi out to the godforsaken industrial estate to pick it up. The parcel was on the truck, failing to be delivered again. One 20 pound taxi fare wasted.
A friend in the US is having a bit of a financial crisis, so I thought I'd send some money to help out. I've got dollar bank drafts before - the bank sorts it all out while I wait. But not any more. This time I had to go to Thomas Cook (who have a little branch in the bank). They have to order it, and it's supposed to arrive by registered mail, guaranteed by noon the next day. Of course it didn't. (on the positive side, the woman did offer to drop it off at work when it did arrive)
And then there was tonight. There was an announcement this morning that the Metro would stop running at 7pm due to industrial action. I made sure I left work at 6pm. They're stopped at 5:30. I walked home.
I am not a happy bunny.

The pratt on the A4 today in the black Porsche.
Not because he had a Porsche. But because he couldn't drive... Weaving around in the outside lane, drifting into the middle lane.
Nearly taking out two bikes with driving that was either criminally incompetent or deliberately dangerous.
Not seeming capable of operating the accelerator in anything other than a digital "all on/all off" fashion and thus holding everyone up, then tearing off for 15 seconds before stamping on his brakes.
When I am world dictator things are going to change. Starting with the Porsche-driving apeman...
