Things you've left behind.

So, you split up with a someone, it all goes a bit pear shaped and things are said that were probably best not said. But while you were together you left some bits and bobs at their house until you were round there next, or they had asked to borrow a particular CD. Then weeks after the split up you realise you've left something at that persons house... and you kick yourself. So in the past I have "lost in action" a camera with all my holiday snaps on it, numerous books and CD's, a whole set of kitchen knives, some really good trousers, a Beautiful South t-shirt ( that was a nice shirt that was!) and loads of other bits too stupid to mention.
The thing is, if there is some kind of relationship Karma, why haven't I got a ton of stuff that Ex's have left in my house?? I should really have some CD's and various items of clothing I never bought.....
So what have you left behind? Or what have you acquired.... ?

well i never leave anything as after we split i always go back the following week and drop there stuff off in black bin liners.
I pick all my stuff up so really i have never lost anything.
By doing it this way we have both calmed down by then and have a talk and usually get back together, but if we decide its for the best to split we have our own stuff back any way so nothing lost nothing gained. biggrin

My first marriage and the kids. But by being sensible and not wanting to hurt the kids
they one by one ended up with me and back and good talking terms with my ex. Even
back on good talking terms my ex and G.

It's a long story so I won't go into it here....
But I went to Chicago to meet someone I thought I was in love with.......we had a bad split while I was over there and I left my most treasured possession there because I was so upset.....it was a beautiful rose pendant given to me by my Grandparents for my 18th Birthday.....I loved it but I was so upset that I didn't think about it.
When I got home I emailed him and asked him to send it to me but he never did.... sad
