If you spend just a little time in The Cafe reading the other threads here you will know that there is a lot of work happening in the background to move ads around when they are in the wrong section.
Have a browse around these threads - see what the Site Admin (Mark) has to say on lots of things: this being and remaining a fee site, the work regarding ads etc. Others have written very intelligently about the subject to so there is no need to shout (WRITING IN CAPITALS).
If you come across specific instances then please contact Mark by PM and he will quite cheerfully - if you don't shout at him - move them.
Enjoy this site, most people are friendly, helpful and caring.

Sadly, this is no better illustrated by people coming to the site, not reading existing threads, merely making sweeping generalisations in block capitals for emphasis.
Sentences beginning with 'it should be', 'you need to' etc tend to be rude and rarely constructive.
Slow down on the 'all guns blazing' front, and increase the signal to noise ratio by offering constructive input.

I like to think I am just an idiot who looks at things differently. I come on here for a laugh and some 'adult' fun. It is nice to just chill out and have a larff.
Nearly every site is abused on the net, because people in general have no respect, no manners and no time for each other. It is the society we live in today. Cut out the idiots, put them all together somewhere on a floating island, and cut the rope......

FFS, the number of times this issue comes up, you would think that ad posters who do it wrong rate just above Pol Pot in the Crimes Against Humanity league.
If it bothers you that much - send a polite e-mail explaining that if they move their ad to the appropriate section it is more likely to be read by the right people.
It won't take you any longer than a posting in here would, and it would mean a shit load less work for Mark, who has to pick up your message, find the ad, see if you are right, then either delete, amend or contact the poster, then respond to you to thank you.
