Oh wow, good luck PL. Im afraid I dont envy you.......
Last time I went in one was a glass bottomed one over the sea (scary)......... oh yeah and when I did open my eyes, the views were errr great!! I think!!! Got some interesting photos tho... amazing what you can do with ones eyes closed! See if I can find one later and post it!
I did hang onto the pilot......it was the 180 degree turn that did it. Mmmmm actually, he was rather yummy! Unfortunately, he thought i was drunk :shock: I rarely drink hehe
The best part was the landing..............ohhhhhhhhh feet on firm ground! They had to take my vice like grip from the pilots neck........ redface

I think I have bored most people with this now..
but just in case - this is a brief summary of what happened:
Had a pre flight talk covering all the important information - which I totally ignored (as I was too excited). All I could hear was blar blar blar and my internal dialog screaming "WHEN DO I FLY IT" blar blar blar " JUST LET ME FLY IT"
I was taken up and shown how it is done - we even flew over my house (so I gave the finger to the wanker who lives down the road). Once we were back over the fields I was talked through the controls again and took control of the peddles and stick-type thingy-mi-bobs one at a time - piece of cake! Left hand up and down, right hand tilts it back and forth and your feet steer it - it's a doddle! (I think the playstation really did prepare me for something in life) biggrin

I had to wait whilst my mate gave some posh bloke a lesson - boooooo.
We went up again and bit by bit I took control - I am a ferkin natural! No really I am! cool

(as long as you don't include the last bit of the day where I was allowed to try and get the fucking stupid thing to take off and hover redface

)
It is the biggest buzz you can imagine.
There is only one possible conclusion from this experience.....
I want one!
PS - if anyone wants to listen to the full minute by minute account, I will gladly not let you get a word in edge-ways :D

I can't believe I missed this :doh: Glad to hear you had a really great time. I imagine it to be one hell of a buzz but a bit scary to, well it probably would be for me redface
