To be honest, I'm completely new to swinging and have never done it before.
I actually live in Kentish Town, and have often walked past Rio's health spa, but have never plucked up the courage to go walk inside as I have no idea what it'd be like.
I reckon I'd be a little shy when it comes to opening conversation with people in public places, even though I'm a social and amiable bloke.
I've read the "swinging tips" section on this site, so am really after more info about personal experiences. So I was just wondering if there are any single men on this site (around my age -29) who have had any luck there. I'd also like to know some info as to the best night/time to go, and how relaxing the place is if possible from people who regularly go there.
