Yeah, firstly make sure that your wife is happy about the 3some by talking to her. Next ask what SHE would like to happen and what her ideas about it are, at this point also tell her your ideas and then listen to what she says in reply. Then try and find a bi-fem that you BOTH find attractive and see if she shares the same ideas that you have both agreed on or if she has her own ideas that appeal to you.
