Time to chill out and be nice to each other

I get my head's attention only if I stop him in the corridor and block his movement!! However, these days I'm not school based so I don't mind so much.

We use time out at work..... it's for folks who are becoming agitated or unsettled and it's one step away from the seclusion room. :shock:
