Just like to say that this is the second time I've renewed my membership to this site. I had a sabbatical for about 6 months but thought I would give it another try. Don't know if I expected it to be any better but for once I was not disappointed. Why oh why do so many people join this site if they have no intention of ever meeting anyone? Why are there so many profiles advertised as "couples" and when you contact them it is only the male looking to meet up. The female partner is either "not playing anymore" or more likely than not it is the male advertising as "straight" because he doesn't want the wife to know he is really bi. There is too much deceit in the world already I'm bi curious and my profile states that.
Unfortunately, and you will hear this a lot but there are lots and lots of guys on sites like these and some are willing to advertise as a couple to try to get to meet single fems, guys, couples, it happens but it doesn`t mean that everyone on the site is a "player" for want of a better word, we know lots of people who meet and have a great time, we are those poeple. I`m not sure what guys have to do to stand out from the crowd but it works well for some and unfortunately not so well for others but atleast you`re honest which people appreciate.

When we joined back in 2003, we did so as a couple who were interested and wanted to know more. We had no idea back then what to expect :eeek: but I can say that almost seven years later we are both still logging in pretty much every day. There are couples on here who are single guys hoping that the status gets them meets. There are also single females on here with couple status because they are bombarded by random messages if they set their status to single. People bend the truth about where they live, how old they are, single guys are acutally married, the list goes on... Take some time to get to know people (munches and socials are perfect for checking people out in a no pressure, no play environment). It has been said many times that what you gain from this site depends on what you put in.
I also think some men join up as a couple to put presure on thier wife to have a threesome, sort of "well I'v placed the ad now so we have to do it" and I also think its these couples who will come a croper with their relationships.

My profile explains my sexuality using the lable that fits closest. My curent "relationship" situation is something only friends know about, however, again I have used the lable that fits closest. If you were to contact me and ask about my other half I would give you very short shrift. Whether he is or is not active on the site is something that is personal to him; and he has a right to divulge things about himself not me. So, I consider my profile to be truthfull, however at the moment I would give you short shrift if you enquired about "him". Would you consider me to be one of the "timewasters"? I have met people from this site socialy, I consider a few to be friends. I have not consumated any of those friendships....Do I meet people for sex from the site? No (one day it will happen... I AM holding my breath) Do I meet people from the site? Yes (and if you want to meet people from the site attend a munch or social and get to know them socialy)
Am I straight, well that's the closest 'box' there is. Do I meet? Yes please! Do people disappoint, yes. Why? They get that feeling, churning their stomach and back out. Perhaps they can not make it, time wasters are not always bad people. Travis

But maybe they are not time wasters, they're people who have ligitimate excuses for not being able to attend as long as the person(s) they're meeting are informed prior too that meeting There are for sure people on here who arrange meetings with others in the full knowledge they are not going to turn up. Maybe they do it for a bit of a sick kick or maybe they are compulsive liars and maybe some do it because they think that they have to put across that they are "in the game" so as to get some sort of online interaction going on, whatever. These are the sorts of people who are time wasters and they should be ashamed of themselves and maybe one or two are but its no excuse. If I met a time waster i'd like to bop him on the nose or if it was a her give her a good ear bashing its not nice its not clever its shit

Theres a whole book to be written on why people behave as they do and decieve and lie on this site. However the most despicable thing i find is when guys offer to meet once thier wife is "tanked up" and her resistance to pressure from two men is likely to be broken down. If she doesnt want to do it when she is sober and rational theres going to be no winners the morning after she gets tricked into a double penetration. And was a quick come really that satisfying that you are willing to live with guilt? Or do you feel no guilt at taking advantage of a weak individual. Suppose it IS one better than ! Rant over! And dont forget there are hundreds of really nice people on the site worth making an effort to meet.
